Shipping.

After your order has been accepted and payment has been received, your order will be shipped with the Belgian Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow your parcel. All packages are required to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not home, a card will be left in your letterbox.

The shipping cost and approximate delivery time has to be quoted. Your Order can only be shipped to a physical shipping address.

For deliveries outside a European Member State, depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. We can not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns.

Under regulation of the Belgian law on trade and the information and protection of consumers of April 6 2010, you are able to cancel your order any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so in writing by email at info@christiandehaas.com

If you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for your goods excluding the original delivery and the charge for returning the goods. The delivery charge is non-refundable.

The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging. If the returned product has been reduced in value in some way, Haas Architectenbureau bv reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and demand compensation for any value reduction of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the Customer. 

Haas Architectenbureau bv reserves the right to reject returned items or refuse a refund if the items have been damaged by the customer or if they are not returned in accordance with our Return Policy
